General Information:

I am a PhD student at DePaul, since Fall 2005. My main research area is applications of Machine Learning in Network Security. I finished my Bachelor degree in Computer Science from Alexandria University, Egypt in 2004 where I have been awarded a graduate fellowship for academic excellence. Since then, I worked in the industry while holding a teaching position in the same university till I joined the Multimedia Networking lab at DePaul.
